How its work:
1: when charge the lithium battery by(AC100V-240V), indicator light turn green, and it take charge about 4 hours to fully charge the battery, when battery is fully charge the indicator light go out.
2: put The charger toward the sun, the solar panel begin to charge the Lithium battery and green indicator light turn on, it takes about 10~14 hours for fully charge.
